FAQ

  • How can I purchase one of your pieces?

All available pieces will be listed and sold here on my website at a predetermined date/time, which I will announce in advance through my newsletter, website and social media.
  • Do you take pre-orders?

Yes, occasionally I will offer a limited number of pre-orders for specific items.
  • Do you take custom orders?

I am not taking custom orders at this time.
  • Can I reserve one of your pieces?

I cannot reserve pieces, everything in my shop will be available on a first come, first serve basis at the time of the release, however, as pieces may sell out quickly, there are steps you can take to improve your chances of getting that piece you've had your eye on...

  • The piece I was interested in purchasing has already sold, will you be making more?

It's likely but, not guaranteed. All of my art pieces are one of a kind, though some pieces may be similarly themed as I explore an artistic concept, I cannot predict how long my heart will want to continue to explore an idea from one release to the next, therefore, I cannot guarantee that a similar piece to the one you saw will ever be made available in a future release.
  • How often do you hold product releases?

I’m an artist, not a production potter, therefore, I don’t adhere to production schedule, I hold releases whenever I feel I have enough pieces in a body of work to list.
  • How can I find out what is available for purchase?

3-5 days before the predetermined release date, I will begin posting teasers on my Instagram of what will be available in the shop, subscribers to my newsletter will receive a gallery preview the day before the release, as well as a passcode on the day of the release, which will allow them up to 60 minutes to shop in the store before it's opened to the general public.
  • How can I find out how much a piece will cost?

Checking out previously sold pieces on my website should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect as far as prices go, I always try to offer pieces at a variety of price points, because I believe art is for everyone.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, bank debit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, Venmo and Afterpay.
  • Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I currently offer payment plans through Afterpay.
  • Are your pieces food/dishwasher/microwave safe?

Pieces being sold with the specific intention of being used for food are absolutely food safe, and though technically dishwasher safe, I do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher. Due to the delicate nature of many of my pieces, I recommend all pieces be hand washed. Pieces not specifically intended to be used for food may not be food safe and will be noted in the listing as such. Pieces made with custom embellishments are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
